The continuity process produces a single, governing document: The Family Constitution™. It is not a memoir, not a mission statement, and not an estate plan. It is the family’s own bespoke law — the written articulation of the beliefs it will not trade, the standards it expects of every generation, the origin it refuses to forget, and the intentions behind the wealth it holds.

Why Story Elevate
Family Continuity™ was not invented in theory.

The discipline emerged from decades of sitting with families and more than 25,000 hours spent interviewing, listening to and extracting the knowledge of founders, executives and families — matriarchs, heirs, operators, and the advisors closest to them. Family Continuity™ did not begin as a concept; it is the result of nearly two decades of refining that work into a repeatable methodology.
What distinguishes Dennis is not merely his command of language, but his understanding of belief systems — how values are formed, how they fracture under succession, and how they can be preserved with precision when encoded into a governing document. He developed the Ross Story Path™, the proprietary framework behind every engagement, to architect narratives that endure across generations.
He serves as advisor to Arlington Family Offices, and works alongside the private banks, trust companies and advisory practices entrusted with the families they serve.
